Tips for a successful sauerkraut

How to remove the acidity from sauerkraut? Simply rinse it out with cold or warm water so as not to alter its taste or benefits. If the acidity remains after rinsing, you can blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes. Be aware that in this case, your cabbage will lose a good part of its nutrients and vitamins. So try to avoid it !
