Barbecued chicken and potato skewers

Ingredients* 300 g chicken breast
* 600 g potatoes
* 2 cloves of garlic
* fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)
* 6 tablespoons olive oil
* salt and pepper
Prepare the marinade with the olive oil, garlic and chopped fresh herbs.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add them to the marinade.
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
Remove the diced chicken from the marinade, replace with the potato strips and mix.
Skewer the ingredients, alternating chicken and potatoes (space out the potato strips to cook evenly).
Light the barbecue.
Once the barbecue is ready, cook the skewers for 5 minutes on each side (watch out for flames).
