Ingredients

* 4 or 5 special Steamed Gratin potatoes
* A bunch of green asparagus
* 1 small red onion
* 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
* Olive oil

Directions

Wash potatoes, then cut into thick slices or wedges.
Steam them for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, wash the green asparagus, cut off the tips and fry them quickly.
Arrange the potatoes and asparagus on the plates and decorate with thin slices of red onion.
Dissolve the pesto in a little olive oil and pour the mixture onto the plates.
