Potato bowl with marinated tuna

Ingredients* 400 g new potatoes
* 1/2 mango
* 1 cucumber section
* 1/3 red cabbage
* 1 carrot
* 1 handful of beans
* 250 g red tuna
* oyster sauce
* 2 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp sesame seeds
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes and steam them for about fifteen minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the tuna and marinate in a mixture of sesame oil and oyster sauce.
Wash and slice the cucumber and red cabbage, grate the carrot, shell the beans and dice the mango. Set aside.
To prepare: cover the bottom of a bowl with warm potatoes, then arrange the cabbage, grated carrots, cucumber, beans, diced mango and marinated tuna in a flower shape on top. Finish with a few sesame seeds.
