Ingredients* 5 special Raclette potatoes
* 16 sheets of brick pastry
* 4 slices of white ham
* 8 slices of Raclette cheese
* 8 gherkins
Steam the potatoes for 25 minutes. Peel and slice them.
Cut the slices of white ham into quarters and the gherkins into slices.
On two sheets of brick pastry, place a slice of raclette in the centre, then 4 slices of potato on top, then 2 quarters of ham slices, then a few slices of gherkin.
Fold the first brick sheet into 4, turn it over so that the fold is on the bottom, then fold the second sheet into 4.
Repeat for each waffle and cook in a waffle maker.
Serve hot with a salad!
