Ingredients

* 500 gr of special Tartiflette potatoes
* two small or one large REBLOCHON cheese
* 2 onions
* 250 gr of bacon lardons
* 1 jar of creme fraiche (20 Cl)

Directions

Steam the potatoes for 20/30 minutes depending on their size.

Meanwhile:
Chop the onions and fry them gently in a little oil (they should not colour).
Add the lardons.
Once the onion and lardons are cooked, remove from the heat and add the creme fraiche.
You can also add a chopped garlic clove.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Add the onion and lardon mixture

Place the REBLOCHON cheese cut in half lengthwise on top.

Place in the oven at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes.
The cheese will melt slowly, then take on a nice colour by lightly browning.

Serve hot with a green salad
